Kingmax ha annunciato ufficialmente il rilascio dei suoi nuovi moduli di memoria DDR500 HyperBand, che utilizzano la tecnologia package proprietaria TinyBGA.
Questi moduli sviluppano una bandwidth massima di 4 Gb/sec, quindi sono la scelta per tutti coloro che cercano sempre il massimo delle prestazioni con i PC, inoltre hanno un prezzo abbastanza contenuto.

I moduli Kingmax DDR500, oltre a garantire delle prestazioni eccezzionali, non necessitano nemmeno di un sistema di dissipazione del calore sui chip, infatti sono capaci di operare in piena stabilità anche senza placchette in alluminio o rame montate sui chip.
